‘7 Days of Libmas’ Library Instagram Competition

7 Days of Libmas is a Christmas Instagram competition by University of Liverpool Library!

We're rewarding you for all your hard work this semester in unusual times with the chance to win some great prizes this Christmas!

The competition will run from Monday 7th – Sunday 13th December with different prizes to be won each day.

From Monday – Wednesday we will give you the chance to win a prize for you and a friend.

From Thursday - Sunday we will be giving away one prize each day to one lucky winner!

How to enter:

Monday – Wednesday:

  1. Tag the friend/study partner that you want to share the prize with in the Instagram post
  2. Like the post
  3. Both follow @LivUniLibrary

Thursday - Sunday:

  1. Follow the rules in the Instagram post
  2. Like the post
  3. Follow @LivUniLibrary

Each giveaway will close at midnight each day and winners will be chosen at random and announced the next day.

Terms & Conditions of entry

  1. The University of Liverpool Library ‘7 Days of Libmas’ competition is open to University of Liverpool students only. Multiple entries are permitted per person. 
  2. Each day the competition will close at 11.59pm and the winner of each prize will be chosen at random and will be notified via Instagram the day after each giveaway closes (on Tuesday 8th December for the competition on Monday 7th December etc.) by a representative of the University Library and the necessary contact details will be requested.
  3. Prizes will be arranged after the competition ends on 13th December 2020. Prizes will either be posted to the winners or be available to collect and will be given to winners within 30 days of receiving their contact details.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
  5. The Library accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.
  6. The University shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its data protection policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry.
  7. Students are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entering the competition.
  8. The Library reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of the Library in all matters relating to the competition is final.
