We provide resources and information to support researchers at all stages of their careers, whether you are a PhD student or an established researcher.
We cover a wide variety of topics delivered by Library staff and academic colleagues that will be of interest to PhD students, postdocs, early career researchers and established researchers. We have regular sessions, delivered as part of each programme as well as specific sessions related to open research and scholarly communications. We also link out to sessions that are free and open to UoL researchers facilitated by other universities or organisations.
Slides and recordings of previous sessions are made available via our web pages.
The programme currently runs three times a year.
We aim to make sessions available via our Library Training calendar approx. 6 weeks before each programme commences. Sessions available in current programmes will be shown on the right of this page.
For all library training opportunities please visit Library Training
Sessions are usually on Teams or Zoom. Details available once you have booked.
Our calendar of workshops, events and video launches can host details of training delivered by University colleagues elsewhere, subject to our terms and conditions. If you are a training provider/researcher/academic who would like to facilitate a workshop and use our calendar, please email RDM@liverpool.ac.uk.
