Although for many of you the summer break is an opportunity to take a break, relax and recharge for your next year, we know that there are some of you who are still studying this summer and we’re here to support you!

Whether you’re visiting the library to work or studying from home, we’ve created a list of 5 coffee shops in Liverpool that are perfect for a study break.

The Vibe Café

The Vibe Café in Liverpool One is a family run business serving plant-based, locally sourced food and drink. Choose from classic breakfasts and drinks with a plant-based twist or try an adventurous (and pretty) pink velvet or lavender latte (pictured).

Coffi Liverpool

A new, rustic coffee shop in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, Coffi is the perfect place to walk to and pick up a coffee on the go. Not to mention that they also stock amazing pastries and cookies, too. Check out their Instagram page for more information.

Root Coffee

Root Coffee is another independent coffee shop, located on Hanover Street. Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer a savoury snack, there’s something for everyone at Root. Accompany with a delicious coffee for the perfect revision re-fuel meal.

92 Degrees

If you’re a Sydney Jones Library regular, you’re sure to be familiar with 92 Degrees. If you’re looking to take a short and sweet study break, pop over to 92 Degrees on Myrtle Street to get your coffee fix and have a chat with the friendly staff. Our 92 Degrees obsession is real!

Guild Starbucks

When it comes to coffee breaks, we couldn’t forget our friends over in the Guild! If you prefer to study in the Harold Cohen, the Guild is just a short walk away and Starbucks has both indoor and outdoor seating for you to choose from.
