Update on using your University Library

Following the release of the joint letter from the Vice-Chancellor and the Director of Public Health for Liverpool, we’re making a few additional changes to our services to continue our work in helping to keep everyone safe.

To make everything clear, we've listed them here for you:

• You’ll can still book a study space in our libraries and the Victoria Gallery & Museum, but some spaces will be closed off to help give our staff room to operate the Click and Collect service
• You won’t be able to browse our physical collections to select books at this time, for the above reasons, but our Library Catalogue and DISCOVER and online services are available 24/7, with our ever-growing eBook and eJournal collections meaning many of the items are available to you instantly online
• The Click and Collect service is one of our major priorities to ensure you get the physical books you need, when you need them
• Libraries will have new opening hours of 10am - midnight, 7 days a week
• Face-to-face help desks will be closed, but we've still got you covered online, 24/7
• The Book and Copy Delivery service is available free of charge to staff and students of the University. We will post books held in stock and copies of journal articles or book chapters directly to your home or work address! 
• If you're a member of staff, we continue to order new items for delivery direct to you - simply use Get It For Me to let us know what you need
