Contents: upper pastedown (f.i:). Lower part of a leaf of a calendar: 23-30 April and 25-31 May; obiit Manegoldus, 28 May, added 12th century; Lower pastedown (f.178). Missa de visitacione beate marie virginis. Also parchment strips, some from a manuscript, sewn into centre of some gatherings.

Decoration: ruled in ink, writing below top line.

Provenance: MS.F.2.12 from the Rylands bequest, 1900.
