Contents: With musical notation. Vertical catchwords.

Decoration: Framed Crucifixion picture on f.131v. Intials: 6-line historiated, colour on gold on f.190v (Annunciation) and 204v (James the Greater); 4-line on f.131v with penwork into margins; 2-line blue with red or red with violet; 1-line blue or red. Text capitals filled in yellow.

Binding: Contemporary blind-tooled brown leather binding over wooden boards; five bands and (missing) clasps upper to lower.
