Contents: Gilbert de Hoyland, Sermons; anonymous commentaries and sermons on the Song of Songs and the Gospel of St. John. Frame ruling.

Decoration: Initials: 2-line in red or blue

Binding: Contemporary binding, leather over spine (three bands) and part of bevelled wooden boards, with chain of 5 links and ring attached (nailed) to head of front board. Title written on lower cover: 'Lectura super Cantica canticorum er alia bona super Iohannem'.
