Contents: Scribe's name 'Evangelistam de Car....' and dates of writing given on f.84-86; with ex-libris on f.89v. Horizontal ruling in quires 1-2 only.

Decoration: Initials red or blue, some patterned in white.

Binding: Contemporary binding: wooden boards, clasps at head and foot and two clasps at side.

Provenance 1463-1471:  Note of purchase in 1471 by Johannes Matthaeus Ferrarius de Gradibus from Joh. Franciscus de Guateris, Pavia.
