Ensure your workstation is ergonomically set up to prevent strain injuries, and take regular breaks to stretch and move. Maintain good hygiene by washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizers provided throughout the building. Keep common areas, like meeting rooms, offices and kitchen area, clean.

Report any hazards, such as spills or damaged equipment immediately. Keep personal belongings secure and be aware of your surroundings, reporting any suspicious activities.

Take care of your mental health by balancing work with relaxation. Utilize employees assistance programs and support groups to manage stress.
