The campus is currently experiencing problems with our login (Shibboleth authentication) system, affecting a wide range of services, including Library E-Resources. Access may be intermittent or may be problematic for some resources.
If you experience difficulties logging into the Library or E-Resources, you can try to install our Citrix Workstation application (see guides for Windows or IOS), when you have installed and logged into Citrix, try running a Web browser from within Citrix, then navigate to the Library Web site at https://libguides.liverpool.ac.uk/online for advice using Citrix visit the updated Library for Online Programmes and see Support > Connectivity Problems.
